Updates
The March calendar of events is out now! March has a lot of outdoor events, festivals, galas, cultural events and street fairs! (just added a few GDC, Holi, Oscars events/parties this morning).
I also added some notes to indicate kid-friendly (KF) and dog-friendly (DF) activities in the monthly event calendar for paid subscribers.
Please take a minute to answer a quick survey, so I can provide the type of events & information you are looking for.
There is a new link/method (below) for submitting events for consideration, weekly recommendation, and tips/edits to guides (happy hours, trivia etc).
New guides are out!
Clarification On Monthly vs Weekly Newsletters
Paid subscribers should use the monthly newsletters to see ALL THE EVENTS (more than what’s listed below) and see events added during the week after the weekly newsletter is sent out.
The weekly newsletter (for everyone) contains only a subset of the events for the week, in addition to:
Local News
Weekly Recommendations
Weekly Recommendation
This week’s recommendation is Mazra in San Bruno. This Mediterranean restaurant is quite a lively place. There are too many things to try out so come hungry and bring friends but some popular items are the lamb, falafel mezza sampler, kebabs and halloumi cheese rolls.
