San Francisco Luxury Apartment Rental Comparison, Guide
San Francisco luxury high-rise apt guide, comparison: costs, neighborhoods & more. SOMA, Rincon Hill, Civic Center, Mission Bay. Luxury apartments San Francisco, highrise apartments San Francisco
This is a brief comparison guide for some luxury apartments in SF. It’s a work in progress and currently covers 18 buildings, with info on starting pricing for studios/1 & 2 BD units, Yelp/Google ratings, floor counts, owner/management info, and some parking prices.
In addition to this standardized information, I have provided some considerations regarding traffic, safety, neighborhoods, mislabeled neighborhoods (marketing embellishments), and what to make of reviews. Neighborhoods are a matter or exact streets and borders; don’t rely on marketing brochures to tell you what to expect.

I grew up in the Bay Area and have lived there most of my adult life. In my previous career, I assembled competitive monitors for executive teams, highlighting information in an easy-to-digest format. I am doing the same here for the residents of SF. See my other guides here.
I have also taken photos for clients at various buildings in this guide and have had an opportunity to hang out in the common areas, meet folks in the buildings and get a glimpse of what kind of people prefer which building/areas.
Over time, more info will be added.
